Practise negations and asking questions in the Past Simple!
To form a negation in the Past Simple use the verb "do" in its simple past form and write it in front of the verb. You can use the shortened form or the longer version. For example: Tom didn't/did not go on holiday.

To form a question put the simple past form of "do" at the beginning of the sentence. For example. Did Tom go on holiday?
